My Ford truck would not start this morning. It ran fine last night and the next morning it would not start. All is does is click, click , click repeatedly. What could be the problem?

Sounds like a classic description of a Dead Battery. Make sure t is fully charged and have it tested. If it tests OK, then its time to look for something left on or plugged in a cigar lighter.
You can put a New battery in it and it should start right up
