My windows are constantly fogging up. My heater and AC both work. This has been going on for a while but seems to be getting worse. Could it be the heater core?

Yes, it could be the heater core. Check your coolant level and if it is low, then this would be a good indicator. If the coolant level is not low, then you may just have a clogged drain.
