can someone help me with timing on a 94 dodge 360 it jumped time and i replaced the timing chain i have a scanner and i got a code 11 which is about the crankshaft sensor that its not reading it when motor is cranking d0 i need to reset the sensor before the truck will start

i have had this cavalier for 15 yrs and it finally had an intake gasket coolant leak that showed up on a bitter cold day in winter.  i waited till weather improved some and pulled it down to find issue then left it that way for over a year. finally had to fix or junk so i got the parts and did the job and when i got it running it was flooding out. that was a yr ago now and i’m ready to tackle this new issue now. i had went check for codes but no response from computer. i had never seen a check engine light so i pulled dash and bulb was gone. installed bulb and tried again thru key trick and nothing. so put reader on port and no response. i cant believe car runs at all without computer involved? and i dont even know where it’s located to check for ground and power. only reason i keep car is cause it’s the GENIE convertible.

I have a ticking noise coming from my engine. I put a new crank kit in it and also replaced the lifters. I was told that it sounds like a bad wrist pin but I am not sure. The sound is loudest at idle. When I start it in the morning the noise is present. I can drive it around and if I push the clutch in I can still hear it from inside the cab. I drive it till its warmed up but the sound never goes away unless you go over 2k rpm. I was told to see if the sound went away when I pulled each spark plug one at a time and it stayed the same regardless of any spark plug wire removed.

Placed in Drive car felt like it was going to lurch/jump forward and made a loud noise.  check engine light is now on.  Engine was cold.  Checked all other gears they felt fine and was smooth.  It only has happend in Drive.  Checked gears after I got home from work.  ALL the gears felt fine and smooth.  Automatic transmission.

What would cause this?  Should I be afraid to drive to work tonight?

my 01 jeep grand cherokee laredo is misfiring.  My mechanic replaced the ignition coil and said it was fixed.  Next day, happened again.  Brought it back, he replaced something else, said it was fixed, next day, happened again.  Brought it to another mechanic, and it’s been there a  month and he cant figure out what’s wrong with it.  Any suggestions, or anyone had similiar problems and was and how was it fixed?  HEEEELP

The Left front door handle on my 91 Grand Prix SE 4 door broke.  I purchased a new one on Ebay for $15.   I installed it being sure that the actuator is in the slot in the handle and was reattached to the slot. When I lift the handle I can feel the actuator moving when I place my hand on it.   It will not open the door from the outside.  I adjusted the actuator thread all the way up and all the way down and in the middle.   It still will not open from the outside.     Is it possible I missed reconnecting something or is the Actuator bar possible bent?
