I have no tail or dash lights when I turn light switch on. All other lights work, daylamp, headlamp, highbeams, brakelights, all signals, reverse, flashers, interior.

Checked: fuses, taillamp wiring, dash control switch.

What else can I troubleshoot. I checked the Hayes manual. I’m stumped.

We just purchased a used Ford F150 pickup for our nephew. The lights were all working and then all of a sudden the blinkers and brake lights quit. My husband bought a manual and it suggested changing out some little plug located under steering column on the right side. I can’t remember what they are called but it was 2 square plug ins.

Replaced these, lights worked perfect and then went out again on the way to school. Please help. What would you suggest we try?

tail lights won’t come on i tried changing fuse but it burns out everytime. i tried unpluging the autoshutdown relay plug and the lights came, when i reconnected the plug the fuse burned again, what can be causing this and how can i fix it?

I have no dash lights and the ABS and TRAC OFF lights are both on. This car has a feature that when it is dark enough the head lights automatically come on. Since the dash lights went out, I have to manually turn the head lights on. We have checked all the fuses. Any suggestions?

Son’s truck – new engine installed in Feburary, been working fine.  Has a Viper alarm system on truck.  ABS light has been on solid.  Now when truck is started ABS begins flashing.  Replaced 3 blown 15 amp fuses.  Will have to verify which ones, but all light or brake related.  Now I notice all lights in rear of truck stay lit as soon as the headlights are turned on.  This truck also has daytime running lights (DRL).  I am wondering if a ABS sensor is shorted, but don’t see anything running to rear drums even though one fuse I replaced is for rear ABS (RABS)?  I am going to check the stearing column for possible wiring issues, but where do I find the ABS sensors?  Are they front and rear?

ABS light is lit on dash and blinks continuously. The dash lights parking lights break lights do not work. But if you mess with the headlight knob they all will come on. But if you pull it out all the way like its suppose to then the lights don’t come on. The headlights work but nothing else. The signal lights work when used. Help

i have a 66 f100 3.9 inline 6 anyway the other day i was driving and the brake lights and turn signals stopped working my driving lights tail lights and head lights all come on but the break, signals dont i was told it wouldnt be a fuse that it would be something in the steering column. please help

I am tring to wire a 4 wire trailer plug. the brake lights and turn signals are separate wires on my 2005 Chevy silverado. I don’t know how to wire brake lights and signals to trailer plug. it is like I can have 1 or the other but not both.

my right headlight went out, so I replaced the bulb. it still didn’t work, so I checked the fuse. Still not working. What else could it be
