I was spun around on a snowy road and while sliding hit dry concrete. my vehicle jolted and the steering wheel locked up. now its stuck and hardly moves at all. I tried changing back to two wheel drive and then back to four but still nothing. When i back up it steers right and when i steers left..

What is the outside diameter to re-thread the head for a spark plug?

Okay, so the thing in my 98 corollas driver side door that allows the door to lock/close onto the door hing is pushed backward and it wont go back into the right position. please help

I tried pushing it hard with a screw driver… which is how i cause the problem in the first place

changed out the transmission with a used one it was working fine instulled it now it shift out of park. ford f100 351m motor and 400 transmission

while tryint to change a spark plug in my only vehical the guys accidently broke the spark plug. Then tryed to use an easy out which in turn broke as well. i dont have the money to buy a new head. i sprayed db blast it has been soaking for a good 3 hours. help!!!!                  95 chevy, cav, 4 cyl

I have a 99 explorer and have no idea what is wrong with it so i will just describe the problem and hopefully someone can help me.  I had it parked for a few wks because it started acting up. It started knocking and the oil gauge was flicking back and fourth really fast. Last night I got it started and let it run for a while. It was no longer knocking and smoke was coming out of the tailpipe but stopped after a bit. It was making a noise that sounds like when you would put the playing cards in the spokes of your bike when you were a kid. The oil gauge was steady so I drove it and the oil gauge started again and went to low and stayed there. The noise could only really be heard when I pushed the gas. Other than those things the car seemed to drive well, just like it did before. I am worried that this will be a costly repair and also that I would breakdown somewhere. I have parked it and am not driving till I find out what is wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated!

We recently had a problem with our truck not starting.  We replaced the battery, battery cable, iginition switch, starter, and the ignition key switch.  With all of that it now starts.  Our problem now is, it will not shift.  It will shift in accessory, but that’s it.  What happened?
