recently my car ran out of fuel(i thought it did)

when i put fuel in it would not start.Now im am in the process

the process of putting in a fuel pump,still will not

go.Could this be a anti theft security issue and if

so how do you reset it?

My 97 F-150 (4.6) won’t start. replaced battery and still won’t start. comp error states “camshaft position sensor”, I don’t understand. would this keep it from starting? and if so can I replace it?

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee v6 automotic. Car would not start, tried boost, worked, but when I put it in reverse it stopped.  Battery charge checked out ok. Boosted again to start and ran for 1/2 hour. When I turn it off it will not start again without a boost.  Cleaned battery terminals, still same probelm. Any idea? bad starter?

Had the crank position sensor replaced new in my 1993 plymouth laser. Several times now engine turns over but does not engage. After getting it towed to garage it would start up! Can the new sensor be faulty and work intermittently? Could it be the engine control module? Had the fuel pump checked but it is fine. Also had the fuse box next to battery terminal replaced

Started car this morning and was making off sound, turned key to shut off engine but starter would not disengage - started smoking and pulled fuel pump fuse to turn car off

1997 Chevy s-10  Blazer, When you turn key on, dash lights turn on & you can hear the fuel pump kick in & it will start, but lately you turn key on & dash lights do not turn on & fuel pump does not kick in & it will not start. The ignition switch seems to turn very normal , not sloppy. But it seems like it has to be something to do with that ignition switch. Also when you turn key on & it has no dash lights & won’t start, radio will play & temp gage above head works!!!!   HELP ME !!!!!

drove My 89 toyota camry 6 cyl, but noticed engine lights on, drove back home but then would not re start. was able to jump start it, drove it for approx 1/2 hr, but did not shut car off. When got home would not re start. checked and replaced bad alternator. Jump started but then battery would not hold charge and died. checked and replaced bad battery. Car now will turn over, but not start. had several friends look at it…. they say there is no charge to any of the spark plugs, and another theory that it is not getting any gas? I don’t understand wut could have happened between the alternator going out and being replaced to have caused this, or wut i need to fix next. I have checked all fuses that I know how to, not sure about the relays. At a complete loss of what it could be . Help!!!

I put a new battery in, all the charge its good, after I put it in I tried to turn my lights on and  nothing, press on brakes no lights either, try to run it and nothing, when I turn my ignition switch nothing happens, by the way starter, alternator and solenoid are brand new, can somebody help me???
