On most all vehicles the relays can be found inside the power distribution box under the hood. Depending which relay you are looking for, you can refer to the “fuses and relays” section of the owner’s manual that came with the car.

I assume you are looking for the ignition relay? It is combined the the gas pump relay in the same module located beside the steering column up under the dash. It is fairly large and hard to miss. You must first remove the cruise control module first to access it.
