I recently started having problems with my 1990 chevy lumina 2.5l v4. It loses power while driving and stalls when I stop but alwayz starts back up. I will replace the fuel pump but I want to know if there is any chance it is a different problem like a fuel relay or fuel pump fuse problem?

This could be several different problems. First thing to do is check for engine codes. This can be done by yourself with no special tools. Once you have the codes post back and we can diagnose from there.
