I have a 1995 chevy Z71 pickup, rebuilt engine, can’t get it to run right. switched out computer, chip and all modules an sensors still dumping too much fuel into cylinders. two mechanics later and still no luck. please help

Even if the light is not on, the computer stores soft codes that may help us narrow down the cause.
