You may need a better fan shroud and or two electric fans. One in front and one behind. A push and Pull Fan set up. Some after market electric fans just don’t have the extreme force you need and if using one without a fan shroud, you aren’t covering the entire radiator surface.
Also, use a 195 thermostat, do not use a 180 thermostat as the coolant does not stay in the radiator long enough to cool.
What temperature is it currently running at and what temperature do you want it to run at?
