I’ve had one problem after another with this bastard. I have a 97 Honda Civic. It will not start after I’ve been driving it for a while. It has a new distributor. It turns over fine and if I pull out one of the injectors it tries to start for a second then fails. I can hear both the fuel pump hum on and the relay click over. When I get it running it runs fine. Oh and if I try to start it and it doesnt fire up I take out all four injectors and crank it over it starts for 1-2 seconds then dies. I don’t get it!! Btw the damn dealership I got it from turned off the check engine light. I got it looked at and the code relayed to a temp sensor failure. My temp gauge works just fine tho. maybe the computer is off line??

There is usually to temp sensors. One for the guage and one for the engines computer. The one for the computer is the one that needs to be replaced. It lets the computer know what temperature things are inorder for it to determine how much or how little fuel to inject.
If it thinks the engine is already warmed up, it would have a hard time starting when cold , etc.
