Yes. After I changed the battery the ac blows cold on driver side. But blows hot on passenger side on my 2003 Chevy Silverado

Most likely the actuator will need to be replaced. When the battery is replaced the actuators try to re-calibrate. Often times damaging themselves. Quite common with these Chevy’s

- Less Custom Floor Console Option (D07)
- Remove floor air outlet duct extension (1) from floor duct (2), Fig. 1.
- Disconnect electrical connection at mode actuator (10), Fig. 2.
- Remove mode actuator mounting bolts from HVAC module, Fig. 3.
- Remove mode actuator as an assembly with actuator cam, Fig. 3.
- Reverse procedure to install.
With Custom Floor Console Option (D07)
In order to avoid actuator damage, DO NOT apply power to actuator when it is not installed in HVAC module.
- Remove floor air outlet duct extension (1) from floor duct (2), Fig. 1.
- Remove center console.
- Remove bolts from the center console duct.
- Remove center console duct.
- Disconnect electrical connection from mode actuator (10), Fig. 2.
- Remove mode actuator mounting bolts from HVAC module, Fig. 3.
- Remove mode actuator as an assembly with actuator cam, Fig. 3.
- Reverse procedure to install.
