i have a 1992 Isuzu pickup truck with fuel injection.got to a red light today and it killed on me. tried to start it and had to hold gas pedal to floor. when i let go of gas pedal, it killed on me again. i changed fuel filter and it still kills on me. i pull the spark plug wire off the distributor and seen a lot of corrosion in distributor cap.do yo think that is my problem?its a 4 cylinder 2.6 liter
No. I do not think that is your problem. Spark isn’t the problem here..although you might want to remove the corrosion as a maintenance repair. The problem you are having sounds more like a fuel related issue. Is the check engine light on? If so what are the codes?
