Fuel mileage problem

I have a 1999 camry with a 2.2 liter engine. This car has been running great but lately the fuel mileage has dropped way off. Like 15 miles to the gallon only. And i don’t see any leaks. What could be the problem? Thanks to anyone that helps

  1. There are several things that can attribute to lower fuel mileage.
First off, if the check engine light is on you will need to scan the codes and make any repair needed.
Some things that can effect fuel mileage.
    1) low tire pressure
    2) dirty air filter
    3) colder outside temperatures
    4) more aggressive driving( like letting your teen drive it)
    5) Fuel quality
    6) more city driving instead of highway
