toyota truck won’t run for more than 5 seconds

have a 1993 toyota pick up 3.0 v6, had a blown head gasket, fixed and put back together but wont run for more than 5 seconds, starts up and then shuts down. i need to know what step to take next

    If all the dash lights are going out at the same time you may have a bad ignition switch, if not you may want to have someone spray starting fluid in the air filter to see if it will stay running. If it does then you will need to diagnose the fuel circuit. If not, it may just be a bad ignition module.
