Remove the serpentine belts and run the engine again to check for the same noise. If it has gone, then you need to look at the pulleys and maybe even the belt/s themselves. Spin the pulleys by hand with the belts off and listen for something out of ordinary.
If the noise is still around with the belt off, check your fluid levels and check for vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks.
