Need my car fixed! 89′ Toyota Camry 4cyl

I have replaced all new parts: Fuel pump, ignition coil, distributor and wires,pressure regulator, injectors, sparks plugs, alternator and new battery and still won’t start without starter fluid in intake. Once started runs great til you turn off.

check injector pulse while cranking,check injector ground

First off, if the check engine light is on you will want to extract the engine codes and post the codes here so We can better help you.
An off the wall guess would be to test the IAC and the TPS

I suspect your IAC is sticking open and or you have a large vacuum leak.
