bought a 2007 ford 4.2 enigne from toy dealer.had their mechanic inspected it today.found a seepage oil greasy area und cyd. head and stained on block.dealer says its normal on this truck with 54,000.i have photos. is this normal?what should i do.

Sounds normal to me as well if it is not leaking underneath and not showing up on the ground. Another factor is, as long as your fluid level is kept topped off, you will not cause any damage by driving the car this way.
