I don’t know what to do. my truck oil light comes on and my temperature gauge goes to hot in a flash. I then loose power and I have to pull over and turn the car off and start again and it will be fine. the car is not over heating. someone please help
Sounds electrical. Since it seems fine after an instant restart, I would lean toward a bad, loose or corroded connection. Start with the battery connections and then have the battery load tested and the alternator checked. Most local repair shops will do this for you at no cost.
