Sounds like the the blower motor is bad or the blower motor controller if your vehicle has automatic climate control. If you hear the blower motor kick on and still no air flow, either the vent tubes under the dash are disconnected or clogged.
If this is Manual A/C and no air is coming out, check fan speed on high. if blower works on high speed only, then you need to replace the blower motor resistor only. If the blower doesn’t work on any speed setting, you may need to replace the blower motor and the resistor.
