i had to replace the climate control in my explorer. Before i changed it out the window wipers were working just fine now since i have changed it out i turn on the car and the window wiper motor runs on high all the time. i have replaced the window wiper motor , switch and relays. and it still is running what can i do to get it to shut off

Since it worked fine until you messed with the control unit and you seem to have covered the basics, I would remove the control head as as test. With the control head removed, wiggle the wires around and also look at the wires to see if any are pinched or exposed.
You may need to trace the wires to determine where it is getting power.
