I would suspect the starter and/or solinoid. To confirm,
spray water mist on starter when it’s hot for about a minute and try to start car. Refrain from using too much water as you spray.
If car starts after starter cooling, take starter apart and check any part that
rotates (ie; bearings etc.).Check electrical contacts as well.
