Only replace a fuse if it is blown. Check For power going to the fuse, you may have blown a fusable link from the battery and no power is even getting to the fuse panel itself. Check for power on both sides of the dash light fuse. Then check for power at the light switch. got power there, check for power at the dash lights, if that checks out, go back and check your grounds. Make sure you didn't unplug anything while trying to install your LED's.
