I plan to use Amsoil Engine and Transmission Flush in my Jeep(42RLE trans). It has 83K miles and I bought it used. After running the flush for 15min I need to completely drain the transmission. If I drain it by dropping the pan and pumping the rest of the fluid out of the cooler line will there be any problems when I refill? Will it airlock the pump?

Shouldn’t need to. Not sure why you would need to flush it instead of just replacing the fluid but I do not think it would air lock the system.
Since I bought the Jeep with about 80K and had no history I wanted to make sure it was clean. I will also be changing the fluid to Amsoil synthetic ATF and wanted to get rid of all the old fluid.
