Subaru Outback 2004

My keyfob is broken (replacing battery doesn’t work) and when I try to start the car the car alarm goes off and car doesn’t start. What can I do?

    For now or at least until you can get a new key thob, we will help you get it started.

    1. Disconnect the battery
    2. Put key in ignition and turn it to the “ON” position
    3. Reconnect battery
    4. Move key from “ON” to “START”
