My first thought is that a “man” is going to change it at the dealership, so I would think any “man” would be capable of doing it. As for voiding the warranty, this can only be answered by Honda. Any software update should be covered at no additional cost to you.
My opinion, you should be able to change the fluid yourself and then if needed, allow the dealer to update the software at no cost to you. If the dealer wants to charge for this update, then it is not needed to keep the warranty intact.
