You will need to remove the Spark plug coil. You can do this by removing the one 7mm bolt and disconnecting the electrical connector and then lift the coil. You will only need to remove this from the cylinder you are working on.
Then remove the spark plug to gain access to the stripped out hole.
Then you will need to use a specialty tool to repair the threads. Here is the tool:
That does seem a little pricy, but is the best tool for the job. There is a cheaper version Here:
Or you can buy this tool and weld an extension onto the end of it. This is what i did, but it does help if you have a welder. Here it is:
You just insert the tool and it creates New larger threads that will allow the HeliCoil to be inserted. Once the HeliCoil is inserted you just install a New spark plug and your good to go.
