Left Headlight bulb has been replaced twice- continues to blow? Reason please. Also where is the fuse for cigarette lighter- is not labeled on either fuse box.
The fuse location is shown in the owners manual and can be found under “fuses” form the index page. If you no longer have a copy it can be viewed online:

The head light bulb, if halogen, will blow prematurely if a human touches the glass portion of it. This happens from the oils from your skin. Another reason would be if there was exposure to moisture. So look to see if moisture is on the inside of the head light assembly and be very careful not to touch the bulb when you replace it this time.
