You can take it back to whoever worked on it or you can try to clean the throttle body.
Do not spray into it, Spray starting fluid on a rag and wipe the throat and the edges of the butterfly. This will increase the air flow which will allow a smoother (hopefully a bit higher) idle. As long as the engine does not want to die, a low idle isn’t a bad thing. I think My 2006 Chevy 1500 idles at 450 rpm.
