2001, Volkswagen Golf, 1.4 petrol

Do you have to take off the oil filter to replace an oil pressure switch?And if not where does the switch have to go??

It is not located under the oil filter. It would be located in the engine block itself. Use the new part to aid in located the old one.

Thanks, I found it it is located to the right front side of the engine block up at the top. Solved my problem.
