Grinding noise in front end wheel hub has been replaced, but grinding still occurring. Not sure if drive shaft or pinion bearing?
Could be brakes or backing plate rubbing.
A hub bearing noise will generally change pitch when steering from left to right at slow speeds.
A brake related noise will generally get quieter or louder when applying the brake pedal.
A brake dust shield or backing plate will be a continuous noise.
Drive shafts generally make popping noises instead of grinding.
Pinion bearing can make grinding noises but will change pitch and or go away when accelerating and change when letting off gas pedal. Generally louder when you let off gas pedal.
