my car hesitates when i accelerate. i have changed plugs, wires, rotor and cap.. what could be wrong

    If by hesitation you mean it boggs…. this is caused by the Carburetor. If there is no bogg and you are looking for it to spin the rear tires, advance your distributor timing by 2 degrees each time and test until the tires spin. If the engine starts to ping then you will have to go back the last 2 degrees.
