Hello, I have a 2001 chevy silverado 4.8 LS and I have been leaking a quart of oil every 2/3 weeks 300/500 miles. Any Suggestions? I have done the valve covers already.

Place a piece of cardboard under the engine area when you park the vehicle. This will give you an idea of the area that is leaking. Then concentrate on that area till you locate the leak and then repair it. If no oil is leaking externally, the engine is burning it and you should notice smoke from the exhaust. You can continue to drive it this way without causing harm as long as you keep the oil level topped off.
