2011 chevy equinox 2.4 ltre all wheel drive

our equinox has such a throttle pedal delay at low RPM it is dangerous, I talked with the dealer’s service department and they said its all preprogrammed (no help) I know other people with the same problem with there equinox any suggestions would be appreciated

This is the wave of the future. It is programmed and is part of the Throttle by Wire. No cable like on older cars. This causes a delay and takes some getting used to.
Changing the programmed parameters would void any kind of warranty.
