I bought a crashed f150, I had to put an engine, transmission and new wiring harnesses in it. I tried to start it for the first time and it wont turn over. We jumped the starter and it fired right up, but will not do anything when I turn the key. I’m at a loss. Thanks for your time.

once you turn the ignition key to start it sends a signal to the PCM on the Blu/Wht wire. The PCM determines if the transmission is in park or neutral in order for it to allow the start signal to move on. The PCM sends a signal to the Starter relay that then connects power from fuse 13(30 amp fuse and comes in o n the Gry/Red wire) and sends the power to the starter on the Brown/Green wire to the “S” terminal. Trace your wiring and repair as needed.
