Want to swap motors, can I separate tranny in car and what all do I need to unbolt to separate tranny

    You can separate transmission in the car but if you are going to swap out the engine, you might as well remove them together and swap the engine on the ground.

    To remove just the transmission you will need to hang the engine in place and unbolt the transmission and the entire front carriage(sub-frame). Drop the trans with the sub-frame and leave the engine hanging. Or you can drop the front sub-frame with the engine and transmission and separate them on the ground.

    I just need to swap motors, so should I separate and do they come out top or drop out bottom of car

    Engine comes out the bottom.
