Is this while setting still in park or while driving down the road?
It may be that the Air Conditioning System is over charged if recent work has been done. Or the Air Conditioning compressor is locked up.
If you rev the engine a little when you turn on the Air Conditioning does it stay running? If so it may just be the throttle body needs cleaned.
