I have a 2007 dodge ram 2500 with the 5.9 cummins diesel. It has a 35 gallon fuel tank. Today, I inadvertently pumped 5 gallons of regular gasoline into the tank. I filled the rest with diesel. Will this harm my engine?

It will run like @#$! but shouldn’t cause any permanent damage to the engine itself. You now have 35 gallons of contaminated diesel so do not expect the same performance. Once you run a couple more tanks of fuel through I would have the fuel filter changed.
what is a fair price to have the cylinders of my 03 dodge 2500 5.9 turbo diesel “sleeved” ..
Looking around $150 to get the block bored and about $100 per cylinder to get it sleeved. $50 to boil the block(hot tank block). $50 to remove and install core plugs.
