How do I fix a Blend Door Actuator (Code 23) and Mode Door Actuator (Code 24) Feedback Failure? I have changed the control unit 3x. I changed the Blend Door Actuator and the seal doesn’t work.
I have heard of some instances where the “blower control module” was the cause of code 23. It’s located beneath the glove box area of the HVAC housing.
But have you tried anything with the mode door actuator yet?
Have you calibrated the actuators after replacing them?
The self-diagnosis is also a calibration of the doors (moves them thru the entire range of motion and remembers where the full-closed and full-open positions are.)
