My car won’t start. It will crank hard(turn over) but won’t Start. I already tried the security system relearn. Please help!!
When a car won’t start it is best to figure out what it isn’t getting. An engine needs 4 things:
1. Spark – spark at the spark plug
2. Fuel – fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse
3. Compression – perform a compression test – What is a compression test?
4. Timing – all of the above at the right time
If you think it is an alarm or security issue. Simply disconnect one battery terminal, put the key in the ignition and turn it to the “ON” position and hook the battery back up, then move the key from the “ON” position to the “START” position.
