I side swiped a side rail/wall on the freeway and now both pass. side wheels are angled in at the top. when reversing, the front passenger wheel squeals and rubs. what can be the problem and around how much will it cost?

Severe damage has been done to your cars suspension components in order for the wheel to be leaning inward at the top. Possible components in the front that may be bent or damaged and cause the wheel to lean inward at the top :
1) Steering Knuckle
2) Strut Assembly
3) Front lower control arm
