You have the option of having it replaced. At the very least you may want to look around and make sure there are no obstructions. Wiggle the fan blade to see if the bearings int he motor seem loose. Replacing the fan motor assembly should take care of it.

The cooling fan in your vehicle is controlled by the PCM – Powertrain Control Module and uses only one input signal from the ECT – Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor.
