99 Buick regal would sometimes not crank or fire when you wanted but next time would start right up, once it died while driving and started back up. The coil packs, wires and plugs are replaced. Would crank and run great before, now it wont crank. Turns over but no fire it seems
An engine needs spark and fuel. You stated “turns over but no fire it seems”. Well we need to know if it has spark and or fuel. If it has spark at the spark plug then you can spray some starting fluid in the air filter and see if it tries to start. Don’t be afraid to spray plenty in and then close it, hold the gas pedal to the floor(this allows extra air in to compensate for the starting fluid) and see if it will run on the starting fluid.
