Its code p0700 all the codes point to the transmission control module failing. We just replaced the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) 4 days ago. I know they are linked for sure could one cause the other to fail? Or a loose connection or something? We just think its odd we just replaced the computer module days ago now the transmission module is failing
RESPONSE
Since the code P0700 is just and informative code, check the TCM for more codes to resolve the problem. May just be a speed sensor or something. It is possible to have a loose connection. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to check the connections at the PCM.
Code P0700 Chrysler Description
The transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. When the TCM detects a malfunction with the control, a signal is send to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to trigger the Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light. The PCM stores the P0700 code and it means the TCM detected a malfunction with the transaxle controls.
Code P0700 Possible symptoms
