Oil on the bottom of spark plug
While changing the spark plugs I noticed oil on the bottom of spark plug. I looked down in the cylinder and it was full of oil. Oil is under the spark plug not above. Could you tell me what the problem might be. Thanks.
The valve cover seals are leaking and allowing oil to leak down around the spark plugs. Or there is a hole in the piston allowing oil to come up to the spark plugs. If that was the case you would see a lot of smoke from the exhaust and it wouldn’t run very good at all.
