Van not starting. Suspect starter and/or fuel pump but the symptoms don’t entirely fit. Here’s what’s happening:
-Turn key. Starter does not crank (silent).
-Turn key 1/2 way. Can hear fuel pump engaging.
-Turn key the rest of the way and it starts (4 out of 8 times but getting worse).
Thoughts?
Replace Starter.
