I used blue devil repair to try to fix either a cracked head or block on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring Touring. But reservoir cap was bad. And when I ran it for the 50 min it sputtered and bubbled out of the reservoir cap. I’ve gotten a new cap but don’t know what to do now if I should test drive it or use another bottle of the blue devil.

Go ahead an toss in another bottle of this magic elixir if you are fearful that the contents of the Blue Devil has all but bubbled out. The manufacturer claims there is nothing solid that can harm a vehicles engine. A product that claims to repair a blown head gasket has got to be good. Let us know how things turned out after using this product.
Could the styrofoam behind the front grill be causing my overheating problem?
Not sure why there would be any Styrofoam behind the grill, but if it is blocking the radiator then yes. There shouldn’t be anything blocking the radiator from the factory. Was there resent body damage?
I’ve been driving my car for 2 weeks now no problems had to replace spark plugs since the blue devil but so far so good.
