Pickup is making a gear grinding noise in the front of my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. It started about 1,000 miles ago, after I got a tire change, stops grinding when I turn right. and its only when I’m driving.
May be too late for this but you should have turned right around and went back to where you got your tire changed. However, it may be as simple as a brake rotor backing plate being slightly bent on accident. If this where to have happened over time I might be inclined to think a hub bearing was failing but since it happened when someone worked on it, best place to start.
