Low Sensor Voltage 2007 Ford Edge

2009 Ford Edge

I just bought a code reader for my 2007 Ford edge because it has been running rough. it gave me one fail on the Evap Mon 0.020 and a low sensor voltage on the Catalyst Mon B2. though it still says it passed. I’m trying to not spend an arm and a leg to get this in to the shop. Can you explain the Evap mon issue? and how do you replace the sensor for the Catalyst monitor?

If you could post the actual codes I could possibly be better help. The codes would look like P0300 or P0131, etc. Post them in the comments below.

I am thinking you are referring to an O2 Sensor in reference to a catalyst monitor. This would be the O2 Sensor located behind the catalytic convertor. It has one electrical plug and requires a 7/8 inch wrench/socket to remove it.
