I just purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado. WT down in the floor board, on the drivers side. about 3 inches from the gas petal. there is a hole cut out of the floor board, about 2 inch square, that shows form, showing thru the floor board. the passenger side, does not have this hole, can you tell me what this is and why is there a hole there–thanks
Not sure. But if you think there is a hole in your NEW truck that shouldn’t be there the best thing to do would be to contact the dealership. I would also think that a hole in the floor of a NEW truck would be covered under warranty. Perhaps there is a factory plug that is missing. This would be best served at the dealership service department. As they would be able to take care of all the warranty aspects of the issue.
